Women's Golf Prepares To Host First Annual Rambler Invitational

Suburban Winnetka Golf Club to host 36-hole event

CHICAGO (April 8, 2005) -- The Loyola women's golf team will play host to the First Annual Loyola Invitational next Monday and Tuesday (April 11-12) at the Winnetka Golf Club in north-suburban Winnetka, Ill. The 10-team field will compete in the 36-hole event over the course, which will play as a par 72 over 5,830 yards.

The defending Horizon League champion Ramblers headline the field which also includes two other Horizon League schools (Butler and Cleveland State) as well as Chicago State, IPFW, Lewis, Northern Illinois, Oakland, South Dakota State and Western Illinois.
