Loyola Opens Horizon League Season At Cleveland State

After its second 12-day break in a month, Loyola looks to get its Horizon League season off to a winning start when it faces Cleveland State in the conference opener for both schools at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The Ramblers, who were idle for 12 days before playing well at the Florida Gulf Coast Holiday Classic before Christmas, have not played since earning a 67-59 win over Texas-Pan American last time out. The Vikings bring a season-best three-game winning streak into play, the most recent being a 65-63 win over American on Dec. 29. |
