2008: Garnered First Team All-MIVA accolades...earned MIVA Player of the Week honors (4/21)...named to the MIVA All-Tournament team...led Loyola, ranking second in the MIVA and16th in the nation with 4.19 kills per game...his team-leading 4.84 points per game ranked him 18th in the nation and second in the MIVA...reached double-figure kills 25 times in 31 matches, leading the team in kills 19 times...registered 20-plus kills seven times, including a career-best, 33-kill performance at Hawaii (3/7)...notched a team-high 35 service aces...his 457 kills ranks eighth in school-history. 2007: Earned Second-Team All-MIVA recognition...led team, finished second in the MIVA and ranked 11th in the nation with 4.47 kills and 5.05 points per game...483 kills ranks fifth in school history...led or tied for the team lead in kills in 21 matches...recorded double-figures in kills 27 times, with seven matches of 20 or more kills...registered a career-high 30 kills at Lewis (2/6) along with four digs and three blocks...named MIVA Player of the Week (1/22) after having 28 kills and three blocks against then-No. 7 IPFW, then accumulating 23 kills with only three errors for a .606 hitting percentage (23-3-33) versus Mercyhurst (1/20)...credited with acareer-high seven blocks at Ball State (2/24). 2006: Tallied 30 kills, eight blocks, five digs, four assists and two service aces in 15 games...recorded a season-best six kills and two digs twice against Lewis (4/11 and 2/21)...posted season-high 10 attack attempts on three occasions and had four block assists against Mercyhurst (4/2)...recorded first career solo block against Ohio State (2/18). 2005: Saw action in two games against Carthage (3/11) and Milwaukee School of Engineering (1/25)...recorded five kills and one block, hitting .714 against MSOE (1/25). High School: Three-year varsity starter at Wauwatosa East...earned honorable mention all-state as a junior...was a first-team all-conference selection and received team MVP honors in final two seasons...earned first-team all-state accolades while leading his team to a conference championship as a senior. |
