2007-08: Placed 39th (5:30.19) in the outdoor 1,500m at the Chicagoland Championships...part of the Brown-Ferry-Locascio-Smith indoor 4 x 800m relay team that placed ninth (9:41.84) at the Indiana Relays and with a time that ranks sixth in Rambler history.

2006-07: Finished 23rd at the UIC Home Opener with a time of 12:48...ran a 15:59.80 at the Hawkeye Open...posted a time of 1:28.96 in the indoor 500m at the Notre Dame Invitational...ran a 2:25.87 in the indoor 800m at the Indiana Relays...recorded a time of 3:09.98 in the indoor 1000m at the Horizon League Championships...posted a season-best time of 2:24.08 in the outdoor 800m.

2005-06: Recorded a season-best time (21:26) at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational...posted a time of 21:29 at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships...ran a season-best 800m to finish sixth at the Horizon League Indoor Championships.

High School: Named an All-Ohio Student-Athlete in both cross country and track as a junior...earned All-Ohio honors in track in 2004...member of the National Honor Society...honor roll student.
