2005-06: Finished as Loyola's top runner in five of the six meets he competed in during the cross country season...helped LU capture its fourth straight team title at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational with a sixth-place finish at a time of 24:43, a season-best 8K time...posted a 10K time of 24:17 at the Pre-NCAA Meet...finished second at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 24:23 to earn first team all-league honors...guided Ramblers to fifth place at NCAA Midwest Regional with a 16th-place showing in a time of 31:26...earned All-NCAA Midwest Regional honors for his performance...recorded a time of 31:02.3 in Loyola's first appearance as a team in the NCAA Championships...did not compete in the indoor and outdoor track seasons.

2004-05: Began the cross country season with a team-high finish of sixth place at the Hawkeye Triangular 8k course with a mark of 25:29... landed in the seventh-place spot at the Midwest Collegiate and in 15th at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational (25:04)...was the team's top finisher in 31st place at the Chili Pepper Invite and at the NCAA Region V course in 29th place...was the 3,000m champion at the UW-Milwaukee Triangular with a mark of 8:29.16...at the Horizon League Indoor Championships, took second in the 3,000m (8:33.17) and third in the 5,000m (14:37.92)...ran the 10,000m at the Stanford Invitational for 20th place, clocking 29:37:82, which was good for third on the LU all-time list...top Loyola finisher at the Big Blue Classic in the 5,000m run, clocking in at 14:31.95...finished out the season taking second place in the 5,000m (14:45.94) and the 10,000m (31:13.55) at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships.

2003-04: Freshman season started with a three-way, first-place tie at the UIC Home Opener with a time of 21:03...named Horizon League Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week on September 2 after the UIC win...finished the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 25:36...at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational, finished with a personal best of 25:24... competed at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships (25:57.97) and took 10th place...earned the 2003 Horizon League Cross Country Newcomer of the Year award...also named to the All-League Second Team...captured a 10th-place finish in the 3,000m at the Horizon League Indoor Championships and 11th place in the 5,000m...posted a personal-best time of 14:57.71 in the 5,000m at the Stanford Invitational...at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships, grabbed third in the 5,000m with a time of 15:00.03.

High School: Earned all-state honors in cross country, finishing second as a junior and third as a senior at the IHSA state cross country meet...finished 14th at the Foot Locker National High School Championships as a junior, earning All-America honors ...captured 3,200m conference championship, leading his team to the conference title.
