2007-08: Recipient of Loyola's Tom O'Hara Award and Newcomer of the Year Award...placed first (4:17.42) in the indoor mile at the ISU Classic...part of the McCabe-Headrick-Pugliese-Reifenberg indoor distance medley relay team that finished second (10:08.86) at the Horizon League Championships...won the outdoor 5000m (15:02.42) at the Dave Rankin Invitational...led team with a ninth-place finish (4:00.92) in the 1500m at the UNC Invitational...placed fifth (3:56.62) in the outdoor 1500m at the League Championships...earned All-League First Team honors after leading the Ramblers at the League Cross Country Championships, finishing in sixth with a personal-best time of 25:48.

High School: Earned a trio of all-state honors in track and field in the 4x800m relay in 2005, the 4x800m and 4x1600m relays in 2006 and 4x1600m relay in 2007...team state cross country qualifiers in 2005 and 2006...high school conference champions in 2005 and 2006...posted a personal-best time of 15:35 in the 5K and 1:55 in the 800m...member of the National Honor Society... ranked in the top 20% of his class all four years...four-year letterwinner in wrestling...earned all-state honors in wrestling in 2007...named individual conference champion in wrestling in 2007.
