2003-04: Began the year with a three-way tie for first at the UIC Home Opener with a time of 21:03 ... finished 14th at the U.S. Track &Field Junior Championships in the 10,000 meter with a time of 30:40.99 ... finished the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational in 25:12 for 19th place out of 500 competitors ...top Loyola finisher and fifth overall with a mark of 25:36.38 at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships ... honored on the all-league first team for cross country ... competed in the NCAA Regional Meet, placing 20th with a time of 31:47 and helping the team to a fifth-place finish ... during the indoor campaign, recorded a time of 4:18.84 in the one mile for a personal best ... had two new personal bests at the indoor championships in the 3,000m (8:30.27, team best) for seventh place and in the 5,000m (14:55.49, 11th all-time) for an eighth-place finish ... grabbed fifth place at the outdoor championships in the 5,000m.

2002-03: During the cross country season, competed in seven meets, including the Horizon League Championship with a time of 25:35 for a 16th-place finish ... also ran in the NCAA Region V Championship, placing 84th with a time of 32:07 ... led the team at the Central Collegiate Championship with a 14th-place finish and a time of 26:08 ... competed in the 1,500m at the Boilermaker Invitational during the outdoor campaign with a time of 4:00.81 ... led the team with a time of 14:48.67 in the 5,000m at the Pomona Pitzer Invitational ... earned Junior All-America honors after finishing fourth at the USATF Junior Nationals at Stanford with a time of 30:40.99.
