2006-07: Ran her fastest 6K of the cross country season (23:03) at the NCAA Pre-National Meet...finished 19th at the Horizon League Championships (19:40.85)...helped Loyola to victory by placing seventh at the UIC Home Opener (11:56)...awarded Loyola's Scholar-Athlete Award, which is presented to the female runner who possesses the best combination of both academic and athletic excellence, in 2005 and 2007.

2005-06: Earned Second Team All-Horizon League honors after finishing 14th with a personal-best time of 18:21 at the League Cross Country Championships...selected to Academic All-Horizon League team during fall and spring semesters...member of the Horizon League championship-winning distance medley relay team...posted a time of 4:39.89 in the outdoor 1,500m at the Mt. SAC Relays... placed sixth at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships in the 1,500m (4:49.99)

2004-05: Finished 12th at the Hawkeye Triangular and 27th at the Midwest Collegiate...finished the Sean Earl Lakefront Invite in 59th with a time of 18:46...finished in 15th at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships...ran the NCAA Region V in 22:57.94...grabbed third place in the 1,000m at the UWM Triangular.

High School: State runner-up in cross country in 2001...a part of the super all-state squad from 2001-2004...track team crowned champions in 2004...her 4x800 squad captured first at state in 2003 and second in 2004...winner of the Believers and Achievers Award...member of the National Honor Society...honored as the Academic Scholar-Athlete of the Year for Omaha as a senior.
