2004-05 Second-Team All-Horizon League Cross Country

2005-06: Helped the Ramblers gain an at-large bid to NCAA Championships with a 41st-place finish at NCAA Midwest Region Cross Country Championships...placed 237th at NCAA Championships...posted a season-best time of 25:03 and placed 10th at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships en route to gaining Second Team All-League honors...recorded a personal-best time of 4:15.92, while finishing second in the mile, at the Horizon League Indoor Championships...placed eighth in the 800m at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships...ran a 1:52 800m split in the distance medley relay at Horizon League Outdoor Championships.

2004-05: Ran in four meets during the cross country season before taking 14th place in the 8k course (26:25) at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships and 46th (31:50.06) in the 10k course at the NCAA Region V Meet...named to the Horizon League Cross Country All-League Second Team...champion of the 1,500m run at the Mike Poehlein Invite with a mark of 4:01.13...took seventh at the Central Collegiate Championships in the 800m, clocking in at 1:57.46...at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships, clocked in at 4:09.21 to take 12th place in the 1,500m.

2003-04: Picked up a tenth-place finish at the UIC Home Opener with a time of 21:21...grabbed a team-high finish of seventh at the Central Collegiate Championships 8k run with a time of 25:53.98...competed in the Horizon League Cross Country Championships (26:25.30) and finished in 18th place...finished sixth in the 800m at the Horizon League Indoor Championships with a new personal best of 1:58.87...ran the mile with a personal-best time of 4:25.34 at the Doug Raymond Invitational...during the outdoor campaign, ran a personal best in the 200m (24.55), 400m (51.40) and 1,500m (4:03.01)...had a personal-and team-best mark in the 800m with a time of 1:54.45...grabbed eighth place at the outdoor championships in the 800m.

High School: Competed at the state meet in the 800m during senior campaign...1,600m conference champion as a junior and senior, and also the 800m and 1,600m conference champion dur- ing his senior year...was the team's cross country most valuable performer as a senior and earned a fourth-place finish at the state meet...had the conference meet record as a senior...holds school records in the 800m (1:53) and the 1,600m (4:18).
