2004-05: Competed during the indoor season, taking second in the 3,000m run at the UW-Milwaukee Triangular, clocking in at 8:39.07... grabbed a fourth-place finish at the Horizon League Championships in the 5,000m run (14:47.90)... had a sixth-place finish at the outdoor Mike Poehlin Invite in the 5,000m run... finished out the season with a fifth-place finish at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships in the 500m run with a mark of 14:57.82.

2003-04: Honored as the Horizon League Athlete of the Week on September 16 after the Great American Legends Meet in which he took the 8k title (25:28)...finished the Roy Griak Invitational in 24:44 and placed 21st...took the top LU finish with a second-place showing at the Sean Earl Invitational and recorded a season best time of 24:22...at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships, finished in seventh place...honored on the All-League First Team for cross country...earned a 13th-place finish at the NCAA Regional Meet with a time of 31:35, leading the team to fifth place...placed first in the 5,000m (15:03.65) at the Big Ten Preview...finished in fourth place at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships in the 5,000m run.

2002-03: Building on his outstanding rookie campaign, was awarded the Tom O'Hara Award for his outstanding achievement in championship races...finished fourth at the NCAA Region V Championships with a time of 30:06...became first Loyola runner since Jim Westphal in 1991 to qualify for the NCAA Championships...was among the team leader in every cross country event he competed in...ran to a team-best and second-place finish at the Illinois State Challenge with a time of 26:04...at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational, ran a 24:41, good enough for a second-place finish...also ran at the Pre-NCAA Meet for a team-leading finish and a time of 24:41...during the track season, recorded the sixth best all-time mark of 14:35.39 in the indoor 5,000m run while also competing in the 3,000m run (8:20.46) where his time placed him seventh on the all-time list...during the outdoor season ran in the 5,000m run where he posted a top mark of 15:03.46...during the outdoor campaign ran a team-best 9:16.02 in the 3,000 steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays.

2001-02: Named Horizon League Newcomer of the Year for both cross country and indoor track because of stellar performances at the conference championships...earned third place at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships (24:53)...was team's top finisher in four of six meets, including an 11th-place finish at the NCAA Region V Meet...qualified for the Irish Junior National Cross Country Team...ran in the European Cross Country Championships...named Horizon League Athlete of the Week for the week of September 3...won the 3,000m at the Horizon League Indoor Championships in a time of 8:26.34...placed third in the indoor 5,000m at the conference championships running 14.34.56...established the second-fastest time in school history in the indoor 5,000m with a clocking of 14:26.04 at the Canon Invite.

High School: Was the national 5,000m under 19-champion...finished third in the Reebok cross country meet...was the runner-up in the national cross country under-18 division and in the regionals...helped the cross country team to a regional championship victory...was on the winning international team.
