2008-09: Named 2009 Horizon League Women's Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Year, becoming the first Rambler to receive the honor...also named U.S. Army Horizon League Female Scholar-Athlete of the Month for the months of January and May...named ESPN The Magazine Second-Team Academic All-District V...named Second-Team All-Horizon League Cross Country honoree...set a school record in the 800m (2:10.85) at the Iowa State Classic...placed first in three events at the Horizon League Indoor Championships, including the mile (5:02.79), 800m (2:18.75) and 4x400m relay (3:54.87)...finished first in the 800m (2:12.31) and the 1500m (4:36.51) at the League Outdoor Championships...helped the 4x100 (48.48) and 4x400 (3:52.44) relay teams earn fourth-place finishes at the League Outdoor Championships...took first place in the 800m at the UWM Tune-Up (2:16.67) and the Illinois Invitational (2:17.26)...finished eighth at the League Cross Country Championships with a time of 18:57.20...set a school record in the 800m (2:09.86) at the Billy Hayes Invitational, good for a fourth-place finish...took first in the 800m (2:10.86) at the John McDonnell Invite...finished first in the 3000m (10:27.52) at the Early Bird Open...took second place in the mile (5:04.42) and the 800m (2:20.59) at the Notre Dame Indoor Opener...finished fifth in the mile (5:00.93), seventh in the 800m (2:12.32) and helped the 4x400m relay team to a seventh-place finish (3:57.41) at the Indiana Relays...earned a sixth-place finish in the 1500m (4:29.36) and seventh in the 800m (2:15.74) at the Gina Relays...took eighth in the 1500m (4:32.18) and 10th in the 800m (2:13.15) at the Duke Invitational.

2007-08: Set school record at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 1:18.56 in the indoor 500m...recorded personal bests in six different events, including the indoor mile (5:04.47), outdoor 800m (2:12.27), indoor 800m (2:15.01), indoor 500m (1:18.56), outdoor 4x400m relay (4:00.55) and 8000m (19:29.50)...placed 15th (19:29.50) at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships...earned Horizon League's Cross Country Athlete of the Week after a team-leading sixth place finish (11:35) at the two-mile UIC Home Opener...finished fifth in the indoor mile (5:04.47) at the League Indoor Championships...posted a personal-best time in the 800m (2:12.27), good for third all-time in Rambler history and second at the League Outdoor Championships...part of the 4x400m relay team that finished fourth (4:00.55) in the League Outdoor Championships and eighth in school history...received Loyola's 2008 Women's Cross Country/Track & Field Leigh Anne Renk Award.

2006-07: Placed 17th at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships (19:37)...finished fourth at the UIC Home Opener (11:51)...placed 27th at the Hawkeye Open (11:21)...came in 46th at the NCAA Pre-National Meet with a time of 23:08...topped Loyola's squad with a time of 2:20.16 in the indoor 800m...posted a time of 5:14.27 in the indoor mile at the Indiana Relays...recorded a season-best time of 2:14.30 in the outdoor 800m at the Horizon League Championships...garnered a season-best in the outdoor 1500m with a time of 4:44.79.

2005-06: Posted an indoor time of 1:22.58 in the 500m at the Notre Dame Invitational...recorded season-best mark of 2:16.50 in the 800m en route to a second-place finish at the Horizon League Indoor Championships...ran a time of 2:19.47 in the 800m at the Chicagoland Championships...finished sixth in the 800m at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships and posted season-best time of 2:18.91 in the preliminaries.

High School: Female Athlete of the Year at Grant Community High School...Lake County Athlete of the Year...featured in Sports Illustrated's Faces in the Crowd...one of 25 national winners for the 2005 Sammy Milk Mustache Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award...Illinois State Scholar...member of the National Honor Society...graduated in the top three percent of her class...Illinois winner of the Wendy's High School Heisman.
