2006-07: Holds the Loyola school record in the 500m with a time of 1:05.66...recorded a 22.94 time in the indoor 200m at the Notre Dame Invite...posted a time of 1:58.78 in the 800m at the Indiana Relays.

2005-06: Placed first in the 600m at the Eastern Illinois Early Bird Invite with a time of 1:24.79...captured seventh place in the 400m with a season-best time of 50.11 at the Alabama Relays...finished ninth in the 400m at the Chicagoland Outdoor Championships with a time of 51.04.

High School: Captured all-division, All-Southern Connecticut Conference, all-state and All-New England honors...was team captain of the cross country, indoor track and outdoor track teams...holds the school record in the 600m...member of the 4x800m relay team that earned all-division and All-SCC honors...also was a part of the 4x400m relay squad that earned all-state honors in his senior year...president of the National Honor Society.
