2005-06: Recipient of Loyola's Bud Gorman Award for excellent leadership and citizenship...placed seventh in 1,500m (4:01.91) and 10th in the 5000m at Horizon League Championships (15:33.32)...finished 14th in the 1,500m with a season-best effort at Mt. SAC Relays(3:53.65)...registered team's highest finish in the 1,500m run at the Stanford Invitational, placing 30th in 3:57.89...member of the ninth-place distance medley squad at the Drake Relays (10:00.24).

2004-05: During the cross country season, had a team-best finish in the 8k course at the Midwest Collegiate with a mark of 25:25...led the Ramblers to a third straight Sean Earl Lakefront title with a team-best finish, clocking in at 24:56...at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships, finished the course in 26:16 for 13th place...ran the 10k course at the NCAA Region V Meet for a 47th-place finish...named to the Horizon League Cross Country All-League Second Team...during the outdoor season, had a second-place finish at the Mike Poehlein Invite in the 1,500m with a time of 4:03.88...was the top Loyola finisher in fifth place at the Central Collegiate Championships in the 1,500m...ran the 1,500m in 4:06.70 to take 10th place at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships.

2003-04: Had an outstanding sophomore season...during the cross country circuit, had a fifth-place finish (21:11) at the UIC Home Opener...at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational, finished in 25:32 for a new personal best...earned a fifth-place finish in the 3,000m at the Carthage Invite with a time of 8:57.87...set a personal best in the mile at the Doug Raymond Invitational with a time of 4:13.92...at the Horizon League Indoor Championships, placed fifth in the 1,000m (2:32.12) for a personal and team-best time and also placed sixth in the mile run...during the outdoor season, posted a team-best time of 3:50.94 in the 1,500m at North Central...finished third at the Elmhurst Invitational in the 800m with a personal best time of 1:55.55...captured a first-place finish at the Big Ten Preview in the 1,500m with a time of 3:57.44...took third place in the 1,500m at the Outdoor Championships with 3:53.28.

2002-03: During cross country season, competed in four meets including the Horizon League Championships, where he finished 38th with a time of 26:42...ran a time of 27:25 at the Illinois State Challenge where he finished 23rd...during the indoor season, competed in the 800m run with a top time of 2:00.41...during the outdoor season, ran a 1:57.58 in the 800m at the Lee Calhoun Memorial and ran a 3:57.77 in the 1,500m at the Boilermaker Invite...finished sixth in the 1,500m at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:59.06.

High School: Qualified for the Illinois State Cross Country Meet all four years and finished eighth as a sophomore and third as a junior and senior...ran at the state track meet every year and was runner-up in the 3,200m as a junior and senior...placed fifth in the 1,600m during his junior season and finished fifth in the 800m and seventh in the 1,600m run in his senior year...acknowledged as MVP all four years of his high school's cross country and track team and also awarded MVP honors from the Suburban Catholic Conference for his junior and senior campaigns...member of the Who's Who Among American High School Students all four years...state finalist for the Wendy's High School Heisman.
