2004-05: Finished sixth in the 200m dash at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships.

2003-04: During the indoor campaign ran the indoor 400m in 51.24, a new personal best, at Iowa State ... improved his 400m hurdle time to 55.93 at the indoor championships to move him from 10th all-time to seventh all-time in school history ... grabbed seventh place in the 400m hurdles at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships.

2002-03: Competed in the 400m dash during the indoor season with a time of 51.24 ... during the outdoor season,competed in the 400m dash with a top mark of 50.33 ... also competed in the 800m run with a season-best time of 2:06.80 and the 400m hurdles (56.94)... placed fourth at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles (56.94).

High School: Qualified for the state track meet in his junior and senior seasons ... named to the all-sectional team for the 400m his senior year ... MVP of the track team in his final season ... awarded honor roll status all four years at Lincoln-Way.
