2003 Horizon League Outdoor Championships Newcomer of the Year

2005-06: Set a school record and finished fifth in 200m dash (24.81) and won high jump title (5-05.75) at Horizon League Outdoor Championships...won high jump title (5-05.75) and placed sixth in 200m dash (25.47) at Horizon League Indoor Championships...ran second-fastest 200m dash in school history at the Iowa State Classic (25.85)...won both the 200m dash (26.33) and set a season-best mark in the high jump (5-06) at EIU Early Bird Invite.

2004-05: Event winner in the high jump at the Lewis Invite, the Carthage College Open and the UW-Milwaukee Triangular, during the indoor season...second-place finish at the Notre Dame Opener in the high jump and a fifth-place finish in the 4x400m...named to the Horizon League Winter All-Academic Team...crowned high-jump champion at the Horizon League Indoor Championships...during the outdoor season placed third at the Central Collegiate Championships in the high jump...had a fourth-place finish at the Penn Relays in the high jump...took second place at the Indy Relays and took the high jump crown at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships.

2003-04: Broke the school indoor record in the high jump with a mark of 5-8 at the Lewis Invitational...took first place in the high jump at the Carthage Invite...at the Iowa State Classic, had a personal best of 26.24 for the indoor 200m...captured the title for the high jump at the Horizon League Indoor Championships and had a 10th-place finish in the 200m... took first place at the Stanford Invite with a 5-8 jump...won the high jump at the Elmhurst Invitational and also placed fifth in the 100m dash with a time of 12.91...placed first in the high jump at the Big Ten Preview... named Newcomer of the Year at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships after posting a first-place high jump of 5-08.50, setting a new meet record...finished eighth at the Mideast Regional, scoring the first regional point for the Ramblers in the two-year history of the meet.

High School: Qualified for state all four years of high school with a second-place finish in the high jump in 2001 and 2003...had an eighth-place finish in the 800m medley in 2000...garnered all-state honors all four years of high school...was a member of the honor roll and National Honor Society.
