2005-06: Recorded season-best 400m dash time of 1:04.46 at the Notre Dame Invitational during the indoor track season...had season-best outdoor time in the 400m (1:03.93) at the Notre Dame Opener...placed 10th in the 400m (1:04.22) at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships.

2004-05: Started the indoor season by grabbing a fourth-place finish in the 400m dash at the Lewis Invitational...competed in the Notre Dame Opener and Notre Dame Invite...finished in 11th place at the UW-Milwaukee Triangular in the 400m...during the outdoor season at the Indy Relays, had a sixth-place finish in the 200m dash and a ninth-place mark in the 400m.

2003-04: Began the season by taking 11th place at the Lewis Invitational in the 400m with a season-best time of 1:09.42...grabbed another 11th-place finish with a mark of 29.42 in the 200m dash at the UWM Tune-Up...competed in the 200m dash at the Elmhurst Invitational and posted a time of 29.13...posted a top-10 finish in the 400m dash at the Big Ten Preview with a time of 1:07.62.
