2004,2005 Second Team All-Horizon League Cross Country 2005-06: Helped the Ramblers gain an at-large bid to NCAA Championships with a 41st-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional...placed 237th at NCAA Championships...posted season-best time of 25:03 and placed 10th at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships en route to gaining Second Team All-League honors... recorded a personal-best time of 4:15.92 while finishing second in the mile at the League Indoor Championships...placed eighth in the 800m at the League Outdoor Championships...ran 1:52 800m split in distance medley relay at League Outdoor Championships. 2004-05: Ran in four meets during the cross country season before taking 14th place in the 8k course (26:25) at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships and 46th (31:50.06) in the 10k course at the NCAA Region V...named to the Horizon League Cross Country All-League Second Team...champion of the 1,500m at the Mike Poehlin Invite with a mark of 4:01.13...took seventh at the Central Collegiate Championships in the 400m, clocking in at 1:57.46...at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships clocked in at 4:09.21 to take 12th place in the 1,500m. 2003-04: Took 10th place at the UIC Cross Country Home Opener with a time of 21:21...posted a team-best finish of seventh at the Central Collegiate Championships with a time of 25:53.98 in the 8k...competed at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships (26:25.30, landing in 18th place...earned a sixth-place finish in the 800m at the Horizon League Indoor Championships with a new personal best of 1:58.87...ran the mile with a personal-best time of 4:25.34 at the Doug Raymond Invitational...during the outdoor campaign, ran personal bests in the 200m (24.55), 400m (51.40) and 1,500m (4:03.01)...had a personal and team-best mark in the 800m with a time of 1:54.45...grabbed eighth place in the 800m at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships.
