2004-05: Competed in six meets during the cross country season, including a 53rd-place (32:00.63) finish at the NCAA Region V Championships... placed 13th at the Hawkeye Triangular and 22nd at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational... took 28th place at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships... ran 1,500m personal-best 3:53:80 at Long Beach State Invitational... ran steeplechase best of 9:17.91 at Penn Relays... completed the 1,000m run at the Horizon League Indoor Championships in 2:33.65 for a sixth-place finish... at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships ran the 1,500m with a mark of 3:56.36 for fifth place.

2003-04: Finished sixth at the UIC Cross Country Home Opener with a time of 21:12...competed at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships (26:14.89) and captured 15th place...at the Horizon League Indoor Championships, finished in fifth place in the mile run...captured a third-place finish in the 3,000m at the Carthage Invite with a personal-best time of 8:47.75...recorded another personal best at the Stanford Invite with a 3:55.64 in the 1,500m...finished fifth in the 800m run at the Elmhurst Invitational with a mark of 1:56.47...earned a first-place finish in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Big Ten Preview with a time of 9:60.16...at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships, finished in fifth place in the 3,000 steeplechase (9:33.61) and sixth in the 1,500m (3:58.14).

2002-03:During cross country season, competed in four events including the NCAA Midwest Region V Championships, clocking in at 32:14...ran best race of the season at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 25:49...competed in the indoor mile leading the team with a time of 4:16.95, as well as competing in the 800m with a time of 1:59.96...during the outdoor track campaign, ran in the 1,500m finishing with a season-best time of 3:58:07.

High School: Member of state champion 4x800 meter relay in 2001 and placed eighth in the mile at state in 2002...enjoyed a successful cross country career in high school, finishing sixth in 2000 and ninth in 2001, at the state meet...high school team placed fifth at state in 1999 and third in 2000...also competed in swimming at Downers Grove North.
